Our Forms Library offers templates which you may find helpful to support safeguarding casework, DBS processes, safer recruitment processes and parish activities.
These should be used for situations where ministry involves volunteers and direct work with children and young people
Variation on these forms must be approved by the CSSA.
These templates can be adapted locally, or replaced with versions approved by a church body.
